Thank you Mr Critic

We all know of the Fab Four from Liverpool. When John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr teamed up to form the Beatles, music critics from all walks of life rejected them as a bunch of teens who do nothing but make a loud voice. But then they released the first single on a EP(Extended Play Record) they took the world by storm. And then from 1962 to 1970 they changed the way people perceived music and even lifestyles.
From their split in 1970 till date, they remain to the most famous music band ever. As a group and even as individuals they hold records unparalleled by anyone. One distinct feature of their success was that their singles reached the No.1 spot on the UK and US charts within hours of their releases and then surprisingly were upstaged by another single from the same album. Exceptional; but true.
They were successful not only as musicians, but also as Film Actors, Poets, Authors, Business Entrepreneurs (Apple Rec.) and Social reformers. John Lennon, even after his death in 1980 has been rated as the most missed musician. When George Harrison died , he had left properties for a charity, which was worth more than the charity assets itself. Sir Paul McCartney still has the distinction of pulling crowds more than any musician today.. Ringo Starr continues to be the guiding force behind the best drummers in the world.

But friends read this-
"We don't like their sound, and guitar music is on the way out." – This was what Decca Recording Company officials said while rejecting the Beatles, 1962.

Had the Beatles given heed to Decca or for that matter any of their critics, would they have achieved what they actually did.

Moral- Your critics are your best friends. Thank them for they have motivated you by kindling a desire in you.

Beatles- Leadership Lesson

"Leaders are visionaries and they align every member to the should be"

Beatles cut- John Lennon had a habit of asking the lads whenever they were down or were denied an audition, “Where are we going boys” And then answer came in a chorus “To the toppermost of the poppermost”
We all know they did reach over the top.
